Notre Dame High School Application

A $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to a Notre Dame high school senior who intends to pursue a degree at an accredited University/College.

Applications must be received by March 31, 2024

Requirements

Currently enrolled as Senior at Notre Dame High School with a GPA ranking in the top third of program/class
Accepted in an accredited University/College
Provide a written essay in which applicant presents themselves as possessing the qualities of compassion, determination and leadership
Submit verification of academic performance
Submit two letters of recommendation
Proof of Monroe County residency

Selection Process

Applications must be received by March 31, 2024.
The LVHN-Pocono Foundation Scholarship Committee will announce the winner by May 3rd.
The winning student is expected to attend the Annual Grant & Scholarship Awards Ceremony at LVH-Pocono on May 16, 2024.
The winner will be expected to write a letter of appreciation to the Scholarship Committee.

In addition, please send to Denise Du Bois at denise.dubois@lvhn.org: Copy of an acceptance letter to an accredited program at a University or College, your requested essay, a current transcript of academic performance, enclose two letters of recommendation, and proof of Monroe County residency.

The application will not be accepted without this documentation.
