Lehigh Valley Health Network - Pocono Foundation

A $3,000 scholarship will be awarded to a Monroe County high school senior who intends to pursue a career in one of the following healthcare professions:

Radiology Technologist
Ultrasound Technologists
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
CT Technologist
MRI Technologist
Interventional Technologist
Radiation Therapist
Medical Technologist
Registered Nurse

Applications must be received by March 15, 2024

Requirements

Currently enrolled Seniors in a Monroe County high school with a minimum grade average of B
Accepted in an accredited Healthcare Program
Submit a one-page typed essay on why they are choosing the healthcare profession as a career and include an interest in working at LVH upon graduation
Submit verification of academic performance
Submit two letters of recommendation.

Selection Process

Applications must be received by March 15, 2024
The LVHN-Pocono Foundation Scholarship Committee will announce the winner by May 3^rd.
The winning student is expected to attend the Annual Grant & Scholarship Awards Ceremony at LVH-Pocono on May 16, 2024.
The winner will be expected to write a letter of appreciation to the Scholarship Committee.

The application will not be accepted without this documentation.
